Polly has been at Strawberry Fields Day Nursery for 11 years and has managed it for the last 6 years. She joined the staff team after having completed her NNEB Diploma in Childcare as a Nursery Officer. She is proud to have worked her way up into her managerial post and thoroughly enjoys her role of ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the nursery.
Polly is a highly committed member of the staff team. Her enthusiasm and zeal in her everyday work provide a positive atmosphere and motivate the staff to perform to the best of their ability. She has recently completed a degree in Early Years and as a result, aims to gain her Early Years Practitioner's Status (EYPS).

Pamela has been working at the nursery for over four years is working as the room leader in the baby unit. She has extensive knowledge of child development and is therefore able to ensure that our very youngest children begin to build firm foundations. Pamela currently holds a degree in Early Childhood Studies.

At the moment, Pamela is currently the acting nursery  manager, covering Polly whilst she is on her maternity leave.

Gülden has been a part of our team for almost 10 years. She joined us a student and very quickly became a Nursery Officer and then Deputy Manager. Throughout the years, she has shown a great deal of passion for her job and now plays a senior role. Gülden holds a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare.

Mahmuda joined our nursery two years ago. She holds a Level 3 in childcare and is the room leader and backbone of the Baby Unit, Mahmuda is an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for delivering the highest quatity care for the children and has a firm understanding of child development. Mahmuda has a positive attitude towards her work. Her happy, bubbly personality has helped her to build firm relationships with children, staff and parents. 

Jatal has been working at Strawberry Fields Day Nursery since 2008. She is a hard working member of the team who interacts well with the children and participates throughout the daily routine. She is very reliable and is a valued member of staff. Jatal holds a NVQ Level 2 in Childcare and is currently working towards a Level 3.

Fathea works at Strawberry Fields Day Nursery on a part time basis. She spends equal amounts of time in both units and has build positive relationships with all the children. Although Fathea is not here everyday, the children look forward to seeing her and enjoy her company. Fathea is currently working towards her Early Childhood Studies Degree and hopes to build upon her current skills and knowledge.
